Terms and Conditions

Every order is built according to your preferences and requests. Please make sure you select the correct product to ensure you receive your items accordingly. 

Every package is built with quality items at a great price. 

Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns, if you have any concerns with your order, please contact us so that we can address your concerns and provide you with the best solution. 

If you receive a damaged item:

-Please contact us immediately

-Must contact us within 14 days from the date it shows delivered.

-Must submit at least 2 photos of damaged item (1 photo showing item in it's entirety and next photo showing damage)

-Please allow 2 to 3 business days for a response

-Item can be replaced if in stock 

-If item is not in stock, a replacement of equal value will be sent.

For Lost and Damaged packages:

-Every order is insured with USPS for the value that you pay for.

-We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

-Once package is handed to USPS, they are responsible for the package.

-If package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact them to file a claim. 

-You may contact us with your claim # so that we can provide USPS with any information that can help speed up the process of your claim (this does not mean that we are responsible for the process of the claim filed directly with USPS)

-Refund will be provided by USPS once claim is approved.

Shipping:

-Orders are shipped within 1-2 Business Days

-We do not ship outside of the U.S. 

-It is Customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. 

-If package is lost due to inaccurate information provided, we will not refund you for the order.
